Northstar Lease Takeover

Hello! I’m looking to for a lease takeover for my apartment at Northstar Dinkytown. The apartment is 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, it’s newly remodeled so everything is up to date and very nice! The three roommates are all very nice! I also have confirmed parking that would transfer! Northstar is right by the baseball field, and the apartment has a balcony over looking it! The Outdoor parking is $165 and Rent is $875 plus utilities! Please message me if interested!
