Hey everyone, I’m urgently leasing my apartment at Identity Davis as I’m no longer attending Davis because of unforeseen circumstances. I’m looking for a guy to take over my lease contract for the 2026–2027 school year as soon as possible! I'm willing to give a $500 payment upon lease signing to anyone willing to take over my lease, along with management giving a $1500 gift card once you move in. Rent: $1,144/month Term: September 18, 2026 – August 31, 2027 You would have a single, private bedroom with a bathroom shared with one other roommate. It's fully furnished with an in-unit washer/dryer, and water, sewer, trash, and high-speed internet are all included in the rent (you only cover electricity, ~$40 a month). It’s in a good location right across from campus, downtown, and shopping. They also offer amenities like a gym, study lounges, and a pool.
